Hf Fenix Urban Hotel - Lisbon

The breakfast had a shocking limited variety, absolutley not what we expected. The showerhead was a disaster, not staying in place at all. I woudl ve been delighted with an upgrade for all my trouble, but of course that was asking too much apparently. Almost gave a decent review, but just couldn't. Sad, really.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, clean comfortable room, good location, reasonable price.

There where ants in the room on the 7 th level. When i mentionned it to the hotel staff they acted as ifthey knew it was a problem. No excuses, nothing

The location.

The Family room where we stayed had pull down beds that you can feel the bed springs on your back. One thin pillow for each 4 beds, No alarm clock, Empty and Dirty reefer. Difficult access to Cabinets due to positioning of beds. Limited choices of food for the breakfast. Would not go back to this hotel again.

Location near metro is a win! The super nice team, especially at check-in. Room was clean and comfy with good WiFi. Brekkie was lekker, with a nice selection to start the day!

Our room was a bit small, hard to move around with all our bags, but we managed.

Although check-in wasn't till 2 p.m., I've never in my over 20 years of traveling had to wait for a room till the posted time. Bad luck I suppose. They stated that they were fully booked which is rare for most hotels.

Very good location, near Metro station. Good price (with discount).

Dark small room, small window with a view to another building over the street. Bad smell in bathroom. The breakfast coffee is terrible. There was also an esspresso for extra pay. No more 3 stars.

Generally, enjoyed this nicely presented and well-appointed accommodation with competent staff at the reception desk. We had a fresh made breakfast meal with sparkling wine and selections to choose from and champagne at the restaurant.

This place is great, and has free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a bar lounge area, and in-room breakfast. During my first stay, the staff helped with restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend it for a great stay.

The breakfast is excellent. It is definitely very good value for money. The tourist bus stops very close as well as the underground.

The parking is too narrow for big cars.

I liked how we were near most of the castles and cathedrals in the area. We thought the hotel was situated in a good location

The only thing I didn't care for about the hotel was the parking garage was a pain to get in and out of.
